Nine applications, made between the middle of August and the beginning of September, twenty twenty-six. A tape measure that snaps back. A sampler. A finance manager. A profile turned into a film with music written for it.

They have almost nothing in common except the way they were made and a preference for doing the awkward part properly — computing the graduations rather than drawing them, cutting the video on the bar rather than near it, saying out loud which of the two music services has no public API. Most are a single page with no dependencies; a few are servers. None of them asks you to sign in to anything.

Each entry gives the work a page: what it is, what is underneath it, and where to find it on disk. The index at the back lists the techniques, should you want to read by method rather than by date.
